ERS Safety Trainings:

Due to the nature of ERS’ specialized scope of services, certain industry-specific training is required of all field personnel. ERS has always complied with and exceeded basic training requirements and maintains proper documentation of such training.

Our trainings are conducted at industry– recognized organizations. In addition, regular in-house update certification courses are conducted by an on-staff certified occupational trainer and certified staff managers who have years of practical field experience. Certain clients of ERS also require training that is specific to their operations and provide training/ materials or require certification for an ERS facilitator to train other ERS staff.

Periodic retraining of employees:

All employees are trained with an annual refresher on safe rules, policies and procedures, and when changes are made to the workplace safety manual.

Individual employees also get retrained after the occurrence of a workplace related injury caused by an unsafe act or work practice, and when a supervisor observes employees displaying unsafe acts, practices, or behaviors.
